Love is born
It's a hospital, my body is out of control and convulsing, I am being wheeled to the delivery room, "Hold on, hold on, keep tight..." the obstetrician is yelling, but what can I do, my body seems to have a brain in my hips, they are moving in ways unfamiliar to me.
In the OT, my body expels my baby outside of itself - Naseem is born.
She and I are now two separate individuals, forever connected, never apart, this is love, this is how love is born, my beloveds.
This is how love is born
It's a hospital,
my body is out of control and convulsing.
I am being wheeled to the delivery room.
"Hold on, hold on, keep tight..."
the obstetrician is yelling.
But what can I do
my body seems to have a brain in my hips
they are moving in ways unfamiliar to me.
In the OT,
my body expels my baby outside of itself
— Naseem is born.
She and I are now two separate individuals.
Forever connected, never apart.
This is love.
This is how love is born, my beloveds.
